Studied mathematical statistics and probability theory at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, psychology at the Faculty of Arts, general medicine at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague, and art therapy at the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia. Since 1995, he has worked at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University and was its head in 2018-2021. He mainly lectured on personality psychology, psychology methodology, and psychological coaching. In 1998, he founded the company QED GROUP (formerly QED&QUOD), which connects the worlds of psychology, mathematics, and business and brings innovative approaches and methods in personal, team, and organizational development.
Graduated in psychology from the Faculty of Arts, Charles University. From 2012 to 2022, she lectured on the theory of psychodiagnostics and psychometrics, methods of work psychology, and economic psychology at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, Charles University. Eva has more than 20 years of experience at QED GROUP, where she is now a partner and senior consultant. She has developed new diagnostic methods, transferred high-quality foreign methods into Czech, and conducted certification training for many of them. She creates tailor-made projects for clients, especially in personnel selection, team or organizational development, leadership development, talent management, or change management.
